I agree with the spouter who said there is a disregard of the rules to follow at the Washington street mall in season. We too see dogs, smoking, bikes etc. never see police on foot enforcing the rules. But we always see Parking enforcers writing tickets. CM should consider hiring summer cops whose presence on the mall and Beach ave. Would certainly be an asset to our beautiful town.
