Cape May County MUA is spending $5 million on a new office with 44 employees at this site. That's $113,636 dollars an employee! I think it's time for all the municipal towns who pay the user fees to this county MUA to do some investigating into just how efficient the MUA is with their spending at all facilities they operate!
