The Athletic Director at Lower Cape May Regional is no different than a teacher who works there and teaches too many classes, teams to coach, or clubs to run and has no time for prep work or lunch. Bottom line it still gets done. If he can't do the job right he needs to step down and be an aide and let someone else not politically appointed give it a try.
