As per the article in The Herald on renters having difficulty finding affordable housing in Cape May County. Is it any wonder. We own several nice homes in the county and rented thru local realtors. The renters have created this problem by themselves. One would think that going thru a realtor, that we would have no issues. Not so. After a few months, the rent was late. Eventually, they were so far behind, we had to take them to court. The Sheriff's Dept. finally removed these renters. Seems to be the trend here in the county. Not for us. Airbnb and VRBO is the way to go.
