As per the article in The Herald, the former Shamrock Bar will be replaced with townhomes. Just what Wildwood "doesn't" need............more townhomes and condos on an already overpopulated and overbuilt island. Yes, this comment is coming from someone that is experiencing the same thing in my town of Cape May.
