As per the article in The Herald and the recent poll that most New Jersians think beaches should be free. As a full time homeowner in Cape May, I agree, but do you think for one minute that this "money grab" will be overturned? Not for a minute! Too many pockets are being lined with this "found money". A few years back, Cape May city officials were challenged by residents as to where this money was going and magically the following year there was a new beach patrol headquarters built, along with new lifeboats and even new wave runners! Magic? Money grab? You bet it is!
