For What Purpose(s)? seagull perch to practice droppings, landing lights for space-ships, posters & cause posters, graffiti, "historic stations" honoring CM elite, or just a carnival midway setting for craft shows, block parties with entertainment, seasonal decoration competition, and opportunities for teenagers to jump-up and knockout the lights. The property owners on Beach Ave. must approve these obstructions. What about lighting for the County owned public street?
