Dear Cape May City Council, I'm a senior citizen living in Village Green. On TV I saw a set of 4 (or 8) LED lights that you can put on your outside steps for safety or to highlight your flowers/trees, or to line your driveway. All for safety. But if I bought them and put them on my property would I be in violation of the new LIGHT POLLUTION ORDINANCE? Or could I expect a police citation for LIGHT TRESPASS if my lights shine on my neighbor's grass or steps or windows, or if I disrupted the Dark-sky ordinances?
