To all the complainers who can't or won't understand why beach tags exist, here's a practical solution. Cancel all beach tag ordinances. Put all costs associated with maintenance trash, guards, police and ems into the municipal budget funded by property taxpayers. Prohibit access to the beach by anyone other than residents and taxpayers on the municipality. This should end the constant whining and Australian comparisons.
