Age is not Joe Bidens issue, it is his failing mental and physical health. I ride a bike daily with others along the promenade in Cape May and many of us are well into our eighties. We are up on current events and volunteer with several groups in the area. We are strong, physically and mentally. Joe Bidens decline is obvious, and he should respectfully resign at the end of his term.
