Congratulations to Mayor Mullick for implementing the speed limits of 15 MPH and 20 MPH. I can’t figure out who is obeying the new limits. Scooters race by, electric bikes fly by, Electric golf carts speed by. Cars now tailgate if you follow the rules. How ya gonna fix this mayor?
