Can the new council members look into the work hours at City Hall? I had to wait 10 minutes for a door to unlock downstairs to go to 2nd floor meanwhile there is employees walking around saying they don’t open till 830 even though they start at 8 o’clock. And they are there till 515 I heard, but the building locks up at 4:30. So according to my count that’s an hour and 15 minutes of the day the doors are locked. Why can’t the building be open from 8 to 5?
