Can our local police please do the job our taxes pay for? I feel like Lower PD doesnt exist outside of the villas and its very well noticed! Driving has been a death sentence all winter and with summer around the corner, vehicular fatalities will rise without action. If our police department cant do their job, its time for the citizens to step in and take control of OUR COMMUNITY!
