Can honestly say I never saw except for photos or was face to face to Mr. Mita. Have read in the Herald about his wanting to build a considerably large hotel in OC despite resistance from the locals. At that point if the residents oppose it walk away. Now I read he wants to build a seventeen thousand square foot home in Avalon. There is concern about the fill needed to support this home and some other concerns about permitting. Normally one would comply with the rules.
