Burleigh - We can’t do much about the 20% inflationary food prices (we have to eat.). There’s not much we can do about the 18% electric rate increases (we need electricity in our homes). However we can mitigate our budgets by voting “NO” on the Middle Township Schools bond referendum. A Yes vote will raise your taxes and for completely unnecessary items. Vote “No” on September 17th. The superintendent is banking on you being too lazy to go out and vote, which is why they cost us an additional $43k with a special election, knowing it would never pass on the Nov. ballot with high turnout.
