Something is not right with the traffic light at Route 147 and U

Burleigh - Something is not right with the traffic light at Route 147 and US 9 in Burleigh. There was an accident Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. The same thing almost happened to me twice. I was making a left turn coming from N. Wildwood onto US 9 south. I had the left arrow and the person sitting at the other side went through the light. Be careful at that light when making a turn.
