I see too many people doing home improvements who aren’t registe

Burleigh - I see too many people doing home improvements who aren’t registered with the state of New Jersey. Pursuant to the law, these contractors should have a vehicle clearly marked with a registration number beginning with 13V, and also have commercial tags. They should present their state registration and proof of contractor’s insurance to all customers. I live in a mobile home park where our management should be protecting us from these would-be professionals. Management seems to turn a blind eye to these workers. Keep watch and be careful who you allow to do work or enter your home.
