Burleigh / Philadelphia - Regarding foreign student workers: There is a restaurant in my neighborhood in Philadelphia that hires local teens and young adults. They are very rude, slow and provide inaccurate and poor service. I don't go there anymore. That same chain in Court House employs foreign students. The difference is stunning! They are very polite, fast and always get my order right. Why do you think that is?
