Bought my home in NCM 15years ago 130k worth 600k now! House still the same,same sqft! Now its paid off and i have no desire to add to the exterior so you can drive around my neighborhood pointing your finger out ur window. “Look” Thats unreal! I would never pay this much for a 1000k sqft cottage. No local will. We not stupid here! But i guess that brown bay water really is sought after. I dont get it. Why the sudden increase over the last 5 years!? Why are only the people north of us replacing it here. Running away from the democratic city’s? Or was your dream here no matter the cost? M
