When is this township going to step up and help protect our prop

Belleplain - When is this township going to step up and help protect our properties in Belleplain? If we have a fire, there is no water because the well at the recreation department field was not maintained and no longer works. Thanks township for treating us like the red-headed step-child and not putting in a new well for our fire protection. We lost a house last year from a fire. Was that because our fire department could not get enough water? Please, just do what is right and fix the problem.
