Belleplain - The Board of Health, The Mayor, The Township, somebody needs to address a house in Belleplain NJ 08270. The trash in the yard is deep and as wide as the entire property. Animals are tearing up the bags. It looks and smells like a trash dump in the middle of the town full of nice homes and yards. Please someone do something about this. It’s been like this for years.
