Avalon - Your article about the NJMVC/DMV was spot on. Some years ago some of our sons classmates took a trip to Russia. When asked about his impression of Russia one student replied: "Living in Russia is like perpetually dealing with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles." I contrast the NJDMV/MVC with my experience in Florida. There licensing and registration is handled by the county Tax Collectors Office. The contrast was night and day. The facilities are bright and shiny and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. No wonder people are fleeing the Garden State.
