The worst garbage collection system just got worse.

Avalon - The worst garbage collection system just got worse. We always find some trash in front of our home after the trash trucks dump the cans, but this week (June 24) was even worse than normal. And, they left the cans right in front of our home, instead of putting them halfway to the side. I want to know why we have such a poor trash collection system? We pay every bit as much in taxes as Stone Harbor does, actually a little more. Why can we not have the same great trash collection system?
