Avalon - Why is the famous "big, black SUV" driver who is always texting and talking on his cell phone in Stone Harbor not pulled over and arrested for putting us and our children at risk? We see him in our town, all day, everyday, doing it too. Cell phone use while driving is an epidemic. It is against the law, and the police should enforce the law!
