Avalon - Why does it feel like Avalon officials always back builders, developers and realtors? While ratables are important, what about the regular people who live here year round? We pay for frivolous lawsuits, endure never-ending construction, tolerate slipshod zoning enforcement and civil servants who seem unwilling or unable to serve.
