No one needs a 30 ft tree, that in the high winds can blow over onto your neighbor's property, not to mention block the neighbor's views of the ocean and the bay. What is the purpose for trees by the sidewalk that are over 8 ft that cause the concrete to raise and create a tripping hazard.
