Avalon - Why do democrat politicians promise to follow thru on agendas that have little chance of passing and letting their black voters down. Reparation talks, hopes and promises for their black voters this country are being proposed in many states and cities especially in California. The democrat politicians have nothing to loose in such irresponsible talks, they will only blame the republicans when this fails and the black vote will be very disappointed and outraged.
