Avalon - Why is Avalon wasting more tax dollars on legal boondoggles? I was at the recent council meeting. Travis Marshall is completely correct regarding his marina obligations and his brother did correctly make it clear Avalon is in the wrong, and the borough administration knows it. Jim Waldron is a huge reason behind Avalon legal waste. Nancy Hudanich does a nice job but is undermined by inept borough administration. It is time to admit Avalon is wrong, and they need to concede to Marshall.
