Avalon - Why are the Avalon police ambushing dog walkers on the boardwalk? If they suddenly decided to enforce a ban on dogs, why are there no signs at every boardwalk entrance? Why is there suddenly a ban on dogs? Aren’t the police resources better focused on enforcing traffic laws on bikers on Dune Drive?
