Avalon - Who is placing two or three large flower pots on the steps of the main entrance to the community center in Avalon? They are off to the far-right side, directly under the safety railing one must hold onto, which, in turn, also takes away one out of two safe entrance ways. I am 87 and need the use of the safety railing. Please remove the flowers before someone gets hurt.
