Avalon - While an Avalon councilwoman questioned the civility of audience members clapping during public comment, perhaps the audience was applauding the fortitude, tenacity and gumption it takes to make public comment. Council does not seem to want to hear it, so it takes guts to speak out. I applaud the effort and community engagement.
