When are the trucks going to stop or at least slow down on Ocean

Avalon - When are the trucks going to stop or at least slow down on Ocean Drive? They are carrying a heavy load of sludge and are going to have a horrific accident one day. The Avalon Police should at the very least warn them to slow down. If a warning does not work, then ticket them. On top of the danger, the vibrations are shaking the homes along the route to the point of objects falling off the shelves.
