What has happened to the Avalon ambulance?

Avalon - What has happened to the Avalon ambulance? They used to be so professional and friendly when I have had to call them for help. Now, they can't even tuck in their shirts and seem to be put out when I called to get help for my husband. When they came to help my husband off the floor, they tried to force him to go to the hospital. They almost had me in tears with the way they treated him.
