Avalon - What ever happened to helmet laws for children in Sea Isle, Avalon, and Stone Harbor? Also, what ever happened to looking both ways before crossing the street? Pedestrians continue to break the law and walk in front of moving cars. Pedestrian laws are to protect people crossing in crosswalks, it does not mean to just step off the curb and you have the right-of-way. You look both ways, then if nothing is coming safely cross in the crosswalk. All day people walk without disregard, challenging drivers and assuming that they are paying full attention.
