Avalon - A week ago we sent in a spout about a house in Avalon that has been under construction for 1.5 years, and for the whole time the 6' deep concrete swimming pool has not had the required safety fence around it. Let's say the builder doesn't care, or the pool builder. But, the construction official, the plumbing, electrical, and zoning inspectors don't care either. Nor do the real estate firm or agent marketing the house. One would think that one of the many politicians who are supposed to be governing Avalon would address this.
