Avalon - We waited 10 months to post this. Avalon has a terrible problem with construction projects by Zoning or Construction, or both. The millions of rules for construction projects are broken. The people at the top are Contractors. For us, it has been so bad that we have had our enjoyment of our home ruined by the builder who is sloppy, lazy, disorganized, & not the sharpest blade in the bin. (Not a good combo). If a project is going to be done next to you, beware.
