We have a new neighbor across a small bay.

Avalon - We have a new neighbor across a small bay. They have installed a new fence with 14 digital lights, two new dock lights, and have a neon green snook light. These are all on all night every night, even though they are only here on weekends! Other than being a good neighbor, are there any laws re: light pollution?
