Avalon - We gave our son a gift card for an establishment. Three visits and three times he was told that the card reader was down and they would not accept their card that was purchased from them. The third time he had the manager come out and they accepted the card. The other two times he had to pay the bill. The gift card becomes pure revenue if the visitor to our town does not return.
