Avalon - The view - that is what a beachfront property purchased is about. My neighbor, the Borough of Avalon at Community Hall, has placed a 35- to 40-foot white trailer along the parking lot that blocks my view off my back deck. Plus, off my side-yard deck are two 10-foot-high poles and each has a 2-foot-square sign at the top of poles reserving parking for the trucks right on my property line. Not a good neighbor, with 45 parking spaces available in the parking lot. Find other locations.
