Avalon - Unfortunately for the owners on 36th Street, we have now become a "cut through" street consistently. Personal autos, commercial vehicles, and even borough automobiles routinely race up our street, drastically exceeding the speed limit. At some point, one of the children on these blocks is going to be severely injured. This needs to stop and the borough needs to step in to stop the excessive speeding before a serious injury occurs. Drivers need to start acting responsibly on these blocks when children's lives are at stake.
