Avalon - Unfortunately the educated second home owners in Stone Harbor don’t stand a chance. Those in power know that they can complain all they want, but they are safely in power thanks to the year round residents who never seem to question what the town is doing with all that additional tax revenue from increased values.. My advice to those second home owners is to sell them home in Stone Harbor and buy a vacation home in Avalon. Avalon gets it.
