Avalon - TNR (trap, neuter, release) does nothing to stop cats from killing wildlife: Wrong. Under TNR programs, cats are fed, reducing the urge to kill. Until irresponsible people are stopped from dumping and abandoning cats - which is never - there will always be feral (homeless) cats. Given that fact, absent TNR programs, the cats would be roaming about towns and boroughs, looking for food. What's your solution to the situation? To kill them all? Get ready for an infestation of rodents.
