Residents should be concerned about noise, time of operation, trash disposal, parking issues, environmental concerns. It seems that this project is not a fit for the site; they want to put it near alcohol- free beach and childrens park. Keep Avalon "Avalon" where we can sit out at night and hear the tide coming in and not the thump of music.
