Avalon - To those who are opposed to the concept of a boutique hotel, please get your facts straight and stop spreading ideas are not accurate. Try being part of the solution - we all know what you don't want but no idea of what you do want. Enough negativity! Many of us are tired of emotionally charged negative ideas that are just not supported by the process. And for the record, old Avalon had 2 hotels on 21st Street - The Princeton and The Whitebrier and at least one boarding house.
