Avalon - There were at least 50 juveniles riding bikes and carrying backpacks. They were violating the bike safety laws... no helmet, not riding in single file and no lights on bikes. What are the police doing to curb their violence against property? This is a disgrace in our town. Wake up before there is a serious accident with a biker, and enforce the laws.
