Avalon - There were at least 40 children riding their bikes down Avalon Avenue July 13 (looked like the Peloton) in total control of the street, taking it over completely (with phones in hand and very few lights on bikes). Cars had to stop until they passed. What are we waiting for? A child will be hit, and it will be the driver's fault. Wake up, Avalon Police and parents, teach children manners, rules and respect, and be aware of where they are going.
