Avalon - There seems to be a lot of debate about dogs and the suitable age to drink in this county. Here's an idea, let's pave over the grassy medians in the shore towns (like those along Dune Dr. in Avalon/Stone Harbor) and create a “safe space” for dogs and kids to enjoy their summer activities. This would allow more transparency for the underage party goers to learn how to drink/behave responsibly while intoxicated publicly, while still supervised. But, this would a nice place for dogs to mingle and do their business, without it being on a random lawn. Who doesn't want to pet dogs while tanked?
