Simply, replace every single family home with a multi-family duplex.
Wow. That was easy to do;
So he decided to create a Sea Isle, Part 2.
He exclaimed my profits are so easy and neat;
And moved south into Avalon, for his next town to defeat.
Avalon Borough please open your eyes;
This builders agenda comes as no surprise.
His bankroll has grown, at the expense of town charm,
Enough. Change duplex zoning and stop this greed from causing more harm.
