Avalon - There are small weakfish in the ocean in September, and people wonder what happens to these small weakies, and why we don't get them when they are bigger. There is a monster eating them up. It is called the Salem Nuclear Plant on the Delaware Bay. It kills them, and all species, and pulls in 3 Billion gallons of seawater daily, to cool the nuclear reactors. From plankton to 3' long striped bass - caught in the giant intakes, and everything is killed. Also, shrimpers net weakfish and shrimp together, keep the shrimp, toss over the dead weakies. 9 lbs of weakfish killed/lb of shrimp caught.
