Avalon - There are blatant code violations in plain sight all over Avalon. A large section of the shoulder of Dune Drive has been covered with concrete forms from a high dune home construction project for a year. Pedestrians and bikers are forced into traffic to get around this mess. Contractors continue to block corners with vehicles, reducing sight lines for drivers and pedestrians. Job sites are a mess, dumpsters are in the streets in violation of the code. All very fixable problems if someone cared to do so.
